Worship
Garden Street United Methodist Church has two worship services each Sunday morning:
- 8:30am Worship
is an informal service where the sermon is replaced with a dialogue with the pastor about the scriptures for that day. It ends with Holy Communion, and gathering in a circle for a blessing.
- 10:30 Worship
features the chancel choir during the school year, hymns accompanied by the pipe organ, and other special music. There is a children's moment after which the children are dismissed to attend Sunday School. Nursery care is provided and a cry room is available. Holy Communion is offered the first Sunday of each month.
